Christoph was born in 1988 in Heidenheim , Germany. Throughout his journey covering Australia and South East Asia in 2009/2010 he discovered his true calling; he wanted to become a chef.
Whilst in Perth, Australia, he experienced for the first time, life in a working kitchen. At that point he made a promise to his head chef to complete an apprenticeship in a Michelin star restaurant upon his returned to Germany.
He was true to his word and learnt his trade starting at the bottom in not just one but a variety of Michelin star restaurants over a 4 year period. This enabled him to expand his knowledge in countless different cuisines.
Christoph is now on his way to New Zealand and South America to expand his knowledge further and to search for the best and most authentic dishes from each region.
